install wordpress

  • hi i have installed wordpress 3.2.1 and after about 10 to 12 hours i cant log in the admin i get a errpr 404

    frist a few people told me the plugins i installed was the problem

    so i deleted every thing off the server and started over and left it and then went back later and the same thing cant log in the admin

    and this time there was no plugins

    and when i did install the plugins i Activated them and they did not show up

    i am trying to make a video site

    can any one please help me

    can you please tell me what i am doing wrong

    1) after spending a long period of time trying to make a local wordpress install, time as come to ask how to process to do it from A to Z in a windows 7 (32bits), wordpress-3.2.1-fr_FR,the phpMyAdmin is unfindable in XAMPP software, and so

    2) in the same time, meanwhile my domain name is getting transfered, is the new empty hoster can be used to install wordpress ? need a correct means to insert flash animations into wordpress, need a correct setting to insert paypal, finally a correct process to use a file transfer protocol for wordpress

    Esmi is trying to be polite. It’s really not appropriate for you to interrupt a thread. The simple solution is to create your own thread and the WP community will be more than happy to help you. Acting like that surely will not win you favor with the community or the moderators.

    kajj9, Sometime it could also be that your themes and/or plugins are incompatible with the new version of wordpress and might cause such kind of issues. You might need to update your themes or get rid of the problematic plugins.
