Install problems

I’m in the process of installing your plugin on a client site.

I cannot get a “Home Value API Key”.

I go to the “General” tab in settings – Click the checkbox to generate of retrieve key – Then hit the SAVE SETTINGS button. And no key appears. I’ve tried 3 times and nothing.

However I do get this message at the top of my page.

“You have previously created a Home Value API key. This key will be reused. If your key is still empty, then your server is not reachable from the Internet.”

What do I do?
