Install problem

I have FTP’d to my go daddy hosting “windows”server
I have an sql set up and named.

The word press file was unzipped to my hard drive I than took dream weaver and changed wp-config-sample.php file to wp-config.php. and ftp the script to my hosting

When visiting the domain name I get a blank page.
I ftp to the root folder. no sub folder “blog” or anything.

Any idea what I need to do to get the install screen to start?
