install not moving

    Hello … and help! does anyone understand this error?

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘./includes/upgrade.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/adam/public_html/journal/wp-admin/install.php on line 5

  • It says you are missing “upgrade.php” from the install.

    yes, saw that but when I looked on the server it was showing as being there. but have completely re-loaded all files and all working now. thanks
