    Hi, my cookie blocker requires that I amend the Google Analytics code in order to block the GA cookie before the user consents. Eg:

    change:
    <script type="text/javascript">
    to:
    <script type="text/plain" data-cookiescript="accepted" data-cookiecategory="targeting">

    I’d like to keep Monster Insights installed for the dashboard info, but am not able to edit the code to block cookies.

    So I guess I’ll have to disable Monster Insights?

    Hi @simonclay,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Using MonsterInsights only for reporting will disable some of the features that we provide.

    That being said, MonsterInsights doesn’t have a built-in way to disable outputting tracking code into your website, however, I understand that having this capacity would be useful. Would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/lite-support/?

    Thanks so much!
