Install error. Errors extracting zip file

    I am using duplicator for a long time now and never had any issues. It transferred all my 38 websites from an old server to a new one without any glitch.
    On that new server I am having issues right now with several websites. I had to reinstall websites with backups made by duplicator after customers made som irreversable mistakes with their websites. But I cannot longer install the websites using installer.php and the zip-file.
    I get the warning
    server code: 200
    status: OK
    response:
    INSTALL ERROR!
    Errors extracting zip file.
    This happens on several websites of the same server. The backups are made of websites on that particular server. And no, the zip files are not corrupt. I tried a manual install, but that didn;t work either.
    What can be wrong here? It used to work for 1 year, but suddenly doesn’t anymore.

  • Are there any clues in the installer-log.txt file? You may have to do a manual extraction (under advanced options step1).

    Did a manual extraction, but no result. No clues. Extracted the zip file on the local computer and everything looks ok.

    When you tried the ‘Manual Extraction’ what was the error message in the log?
