Install Data Base error

    This is the error message I recieve after reinstalling wordpress on my site and try to install it. It looks like a data base login problem but I have checked my SQl settings and my config.php file all appears correct. The only thing I see is the @ and % simbles after the user ID.

    WordPress database error: [Access denied for user: ‘dbo278121531@%’ to database ‘db278121531’]
    INSERT INTO wp_11options (option_name, option_value, autoload) VALUES (‘users_can_register’, ‘0’, ‘yes’)

    I had deleted all the files on my website becasue the site was not acting properly. I uploaded the new version of WordPress to the webspace and that is the error I get now and when you get to the end it states that WordPress has been installed succesfully and to login. When you try and log in it goes back to the install page.

    It is rejecting your credential. Make sure the username and password is correct. You can delete and recreate MySQL database user. Do not forget to assign privileges to MySQL user after recreating it.

    Please make sure that you need to add the user to the database with ALL privileges
