While using CookieYes plugin, you should follow the method 2 in this documentation. Also please make sure that you are connected to CookieYes.

I’m not using the plugin, but the script from the cookieyes website, added into the header. My workflow mentioned above is complete and correct in this case?

Hi @laurpm,

While following method 1, you shouldn’t add the CookieYes script to the header of your site as it will get injected automatically by the CookieYes CMP tag in your GTM.

So.

1. Create a CookieYes account
2. Go to CookieYes documentation?https://www.cookieyes.com/documentation/implementing-google-consent-mode-using-cookieyes/#Method_2_I_3?and follow Method 1

No banner is shown on my website using this method ??

I had to add the google tag script provided by google in the Header and the Body in order to show it on my website.

Please make sure that you have followed method 1 in this documentation to add the CookieYes CMP tag and the changes are published in GTM.

Please refer to this?documentation?to incorporate the Google consent mode v2 changes to your site. Make sure that you have published the final changes in GTM and also publish changes in the CookieYes web app.

please close this topic as I switched to another plugin due to the generic answers.
