Install a separated complete website under my WordPress site

  • How can I do this? I’m not handy at all with apache and sql mysteries. A tutorial or some good explanation could save me, google search didnt help me a lot unfortunately.

  • Try installing a second copy of WordPress in a sub-folder.

    Yep. It really is that simple. You will need to run the install again for the new site but it is up to you whether you opt to use the same database for the new site as you already have for the old one (you’ll just have to use a new database table extension) or whether you set up a nice, shiny new database.
