Instalation Problem

  • I’m working for the first time with wordpress. When I open wordpress I faced this message.
    “1. There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started.
    then when I tried to configure wp_config.php then I faced the following problem.
    2. Error establishing a database connection.
    3. This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

    Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
    Are you sure that the database server is running?

    I have wamp 2.2 (Apache 2.4.2, PHP 5.4.2, MYSQL 5.5.24
    I have windows 8…
    what Now I do now, please guide and help me,
