    Hi,

    Would it be possible to get some clearer instructions on the installation.

    Have installed the plugin, appears with logo and e-mail subscription field + button

    Mailchimp API and List have been setup.

    However, no subscribers appear in my list.

    Namefield is set to not mandatory

    Is it also possible to send a confirmation mail (optional), or is this a setting in mail chimp?

    Hi,
    Double optin is enabled by default so you have to confirm emails before they appear on the list. Also, test with some real addresses and not [email protected] as MC doesn’t like those.

    Is there a way to turn off ‘double optin”?

    I have used real e-mail addresses, but not receiving confirmation mails either.

    Unfortunately, at the moment, you can’t turn off double opt-in in the plugin. And it has to be turned off in the plugin.

    If the problem persists contact our support via the support tab in the plugin.
