Instagram Widget not updating with latest posts

    I have the instagram widget on the bottom of our homepage, and it still doesn’t show any photos since Sept 25th.

    Anyone have an idea why? couldn’t find any settings, and i have disconnected and reconnected my IG account try to fix this.

    Hi @honeytrek, just to make sure we’re talking about the same thing, are you wanting to use the Latest Instagram Posts block?
    I’m not seeing it on the homepage, did you remove it or put it somewhere else? If you’d like us to take another look, could you add it back?

    Also, for the photos not showing, could you check if they are collaborative posts? There’s currently a bug with collaborative posts causing them to not show, https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/34729.

    and i think the bug with collab posts is the issue, as we did a lot of those recently. do you have an ETA when that will be fixed? would love to keep using your plugin, but that’s kinda rough since we do so many collab posts.

    Hi @honeytrek, there’s no ETA for when it’ll be fixed, but you can follow progress at https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/34729

    I checked the bottom of the homepage and see what you mean, the images are missing and some text is scrunched. This appears to be a separate issue, I suspect a conflict with the theme or some plugins.

    To troubleshoot that, try temporarily deactivating all your plugins and check if the problem is resolved that way. If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.
    To avoid an interruption on the live site, you can troubleshoot by using the plugin Health Check, see guide.

    While checking the source code, I also notice some image lazy load option applied, you can test turning it off, this option may be in the theme or other plugins.

    Hi @honeytrek,

    Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

    thanks so much for the replies guys. seems the bug is related to colab posts now showing. hope that gets fixed soon.

    I dont see the other error/issues Erina was mentioned. does my homepage look ok to other folks?

    Hi there

    I’m not seeing any issues with the Instagram images at the bottom of your homepage now. It may have been a temporary issue.
