Instagram widget not updating itself

Hi there. My instagram widget is not updating itself. It’s been displaying the same photos on my website for the past 7 months and it’s starting to really bug me. I tried doing a few things. 1) I linked the instagram widget to a different instagram account and it works – displaying my newest instagram photos, and 2) if I change my instagram username, it works as well. BUT – my original instagram username doesn’t display my newest instagram photos and I don’t want to change my username. Has anyone experienced this and/or have a solution? Thanks.
