    Hi Ben, thanks for adding the Instagram Threads social plug to the list, I have added the link from the customizer but unfortunately, it’s not showing up on my site with other icons, this time I have kept the link in the customizer so that you can check it. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Please try clearing your cache, and that should get it showing. Most likely, the older font file is being loaded from before Threads was included.

    Hi Ben, I just cleared cache for the entire site, I’m still not able to see it, could you please check and let me know what needs to be done further? Thanks.

    Are you sure there isn’t another caching system on the site? Maybe there is also a CDN cache? It looks like the old font files are still getting loaded from before the Threads icon was loaded.

    Hi Ben, I use Ezoic for monetization and it’s also my CDN, not sure how I can clear cache for that, any advice what I need to do next?

    It looks like they have a way to manually empty the cache: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-does-ezoic-caching-app-work?id=how-does-ezoic-caching-app-work&lang=en-US#anchor5

    Please give that a try and let me know if it helps.

    So I cleared entire site’s cache from my Ezoic dashboard as instructed in the article, however, I still don’t see the Threads icon on my site along with other social media icons. When I hover over it on the blank space, it does say Threads, but for some reason the icon is not visible. Let me know if you need anything else from me. Thanks again.

    Hi Ben, sorry to bother you again, but I recently made some changes to my blog and for that I had clear my Site’s cache, ever since I did that, I’m seeing the same huge gap under the footer like I had before. Previously you fixed it by making some changes to it, I’m afraid that some settings might have changed after I cleared the cache. I was hoping if you could check that once again for me and just let me know if everything’s ok, would appreciate that. Thanks.

    I visited the site and I don’t see the space below the footer: https://d.pr/i/2JHiUY. Can you try logging out or visiting in a different browser to see if the extra space shows up for you?

    Hey Ben, so I checked on Chrome, Bing, and Firefox, and only Bing is not showing the Space, but I see it on Chrome and Firefox both. I checked the code that you had put in the customizer last time, and it seems fine, so not sure why I’m still seeing the space. The thing about the space is, it appears sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. I usually see it on the 3rd, 4th, or any other page number except 1st. Also under the blog posts sometimes, not just the homepage. Hope this helps. Attached is a screenshot for your reference.

    That’s so strange. It’s definitely something Ezoic is doing, but it’s hard for me to fix when I can’t recreate the same issue.

    You can try adding this CSS and then empty the Ezoic cache again:

    #site-footer {
      margin-bottom: 0 !important;
      padding-bottom: 0 !important;
    }

    A lot of the weirdness seems to be coming from the caching system Ezoic uses. Normally, when you empty a cache it’s immediate, but theirs seems to be on some sort of time delay, which is very confusing.

    I understand, so for now, I have added the new code that you shared above and cleared the Hosting cache and Ezoic cache both. I will give it 24 hours and see if it works, if not, I’ll try to connect with Ezoic support team and see if they’re aware of this issue and hopefully help me with this. Thanks for your time, yet again, and really sorry for the trouble.

    No worries. I hope that this code works well this time around.
