Instagram Social Links

I’m wanting to add social links to the footer of my website using the theme options customization interface. There is no Instagram option. I’ve tried to use another option (Flickr), replaced the image and added a customized url, but it still displays Flickr text when you hover over the icon. Is there a better way to add an Instagram link to my social media footer?
