Hi, I thought I would be able to tag my products on Instagram with the help of this plugin but It is not allowing me to do so. It says in India only managed clients could get Instagram shopping. So what is the point of having this plugin if we are deprived of using all features! Could you please help and allow Facebook for Woocommerce users to connect product catalogs to Instagram too? I would be much obliged.

    Regards,

  • Hey @susajja!

It’s certainly an understandable concern if you can’t use all the features other stores are using!

I’m afraid the plugin doesn’t list products on Instagram, as it is only involved in the sync from your WooCommerce store to the Facebook product catalog directly. From there, it may be possible to show products on your Facebook shop page, or link the catalog to Instagram if Facebook allows it for your profile. In both cases though, the plugin wouldn’t be involved at this point.

I would suggest reaching out to the Facebook support team through your account to see if there is anything they can suggest, or if this is a regional limitation that they can’t enable at this time.

I’m sorry we’re not best placed to assist here! Thanks so much for reaching out with your question though. Is there anything else I can help out with?

    Cheers,

    Simon.

Thanks for reply. I understood. Please just make this plugin lighter so it doesn’t increase site load time.

    Hi @susajja!

Sure thing! I’ll pass this to our product team who are constantly reviewing ways to improve and expand upon the plugin. Thanks so much for taking the time to write in with your questions and feedback!

Is there anything else I can help out with?

    Cheers,

    Simon.
