Instagram Post Gallery

  • How does one go about creating a shortcode that displays the multiple photos added to a single Instagram post in a grid? Does Photonic support this possible at all?

    As of this moment this is not possible. If you use the media_id parameter it will simply embed the whole carousel the way it is displayed in Instagram.

    That being said, I was looking at the API and this doesn’t seem difficult to implement. Let me see if I can put together a modification for the next release.

    Hi,
    I am not aware if you have seen this. In all likelihood Photonic will stop working on your site from 30th March if you are using it for Instagram.

    Ahh, thanks for the heads up. I’ll look into alternatives and keep an eye out here for future updates.
