Instagram Plugin Only Showing on Main Page

I solved this, but it may be a plugin bug. I had to manually add the script include to my footer:

I’m glad you were able to find a fix! Is it possible that your theme is missing the wp_head() and wp_footer() functions? Our plugin relies on those two functions to include the stylesheet and javascript file. They would be in the header.php and footer.php files
