Instagram option not showing in Connection Options

Thanks so much for your question, I’m happy to help.

Our plugin doesn’t have any direct relation to Instagram, instead, it will sync your products to your Facebook Catalog, which can then be used for Instagram shopping. To enable Instagram shopping you will need to enable this from your product catalog inside catalog manager. This will require you to connect your Instagram business profile first: https://cloud.skyver.ge/7KumQOe5

If after doing this, you’re having further issues connecting your catalog to Instagram shopping, I would recommend reaching out to Facebook Concierge support: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/support as they will be in a better position to help!
