I have successfully created app and setup facebook, twitter and linked in, but Instagram is baffling me. I have an account, I created the professional account info, I see the Gatehealing – Instagram in Accounts in the Accounts tab of Meta Account Center (also see it in Profiles). I have input all the account information. When I try to autorize and continue with my Facebook login info, then select Link Account, it takes me to a generic Getting Started page (where I am logged in) but shows me nothing that I see in the directions.

Also, the directions say to look for the burger menu in the upper right of the screen. . . I only see it in the lower left.

The Facebook Graph API we are currently using allows auto posting only to Instagram Professional accounts. Also to use this feature, your Instagram Professional account must be connected to a Facebook Page.

I have taken screenshots but don’t see how to attach them. The basic idea is that I have done all of that. Now, on the Professional page, I select “Switch to Business” at the bottom if it is on Creator for some reason. I even made a change so that I could hit “Submit” again. But it just saves but steps 12-14 of https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522 are not present.

I cannot find the Public Business Information in Instagram Edit Profile. Screenshots would show what I mean.

From within Facebook Linked Accounts, when I click “connect account” it just gets stuck with the 3 dots pulsing.

From Account Center > Accounts > Add Account, Instagram is already there and I added my FB account successfully, but it still does not work.

It looks like it is ONLY giving me the option to connect to my personal facebook profile vs my business page profile.

Figured it out. Has nothing to do with the steps: It’s because I was using a Private Browser in Firefox. On a whim, I tried Chrome non-incognito browser and it worked fine.
