Instagram: Not Authorized

No matter what, I get “We don’t have the permission to publish your post. Please check your authorization.”
I have:
1. Gone to Activity on Instagram, it shows the connection from Germany but there is no “This is Me”…
2. Not received an email from Instagram about suspicious activity
3. Not received a text/sms message from Instagram about suspicious activity
4. I have logged out of Instagram both on phone and computer, removed the profile from B2S, added the profile back into B2S, it authorizes and is green, I hit confirm, everything is good.

No matter what, it will not post to Instagram.
I don’t know what else I can do…
