Instagram icon in upper menù Attitude Theme

Hi everyone, i try to insert instagram icon to my upper menù in Attitude theme and replace vimeo icon. I found icons image file in theme folder but i don’t know how can i find icon coordinates for css rules. Sorry for my bad english. I hope that someone can help me.
