Instagram Feed UserID and Hashtag not working

I bought the pro version of your app exactly to display an Instagram post by hashtag from a user ID but I can’t make it work and I have tried every available option? I saw this post https://webriti.com/support/discussion/1578/instagram-feed-userid-and-hashtag but it doesn’t say how? Please can you let me know how to do this.
