Instead of the usual instagram feed, our website now displays this message:

Cannot get other user media. API shut down by Instagram. Sorry. Display only your media.

We have not made any changes on our end (I think), and it used to work just fine. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

I should probably have mentioned that the plugin we use is:

10Web Social Photo Feed version 1.3.23

    Hello @kasperb,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Please enter to Instagram Feed > Settings > Reset Primary Access Token
Then go to Instagram Feed > Feeds > Edit Feed, Click update
Now please refresh the front page and the feed should appear again.

This issue comes from Instagram, they can shut down access token anytime and require to authenticate again, you can read about this in their official website, I have made a screenshot for you https://nimb.ws/pyaj7B

    Hello @zhannak,
I am getting same error as @kasperb is getting
I tried the way you have mentioned above.
After login of Instagram shows up this message {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Redirect URI does not match registered redirect URI”

Please guide me on how I can resolve this.

    Hello @siddhishintre,

After re-authenticating please try to delete the feed and create again, if you’ll get the error again, please let me know.

    Hello @zhannak ,

After deleting the feeds it not allowing me to create new due to the issue of Access Token Id.
I have tried resetting the Acces token Id it still shows up this message
    {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Redirect URI does not match registered redirect URI”}

    Hi @siddhishintre,

Can you please write which version of Instagram feed you use?

I was having an issue with images not loading. I went to Instagram feed >> Settings and clicked Save Changes (without doing anything else).

The Instagram images are now working on my site.
