    Hi There,

I’m using Divi on my site and when I enable the visual page builder, after a few seconds the appearance of the page changes quite dramatically.

I deactivated all my plugins and reactivated them one by one to see what was causing it, Smash Balloon Instagram Feed (Version 2.9.2) is the one I found was causing the problem.

Do you know how I could fix this?

    Thank you,
    Amy

    Hey @amymcdesign,

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Could you try going to Instagram Feed > Customize > enable Are you using an Ajax powered theme?, Save Changes and see whether this will allow the Visual Page builder to load properly?

    Best regards.

    Hi There.

Thanks for your reply. I just tried that but it didn’t work.

Is there anything else I can do?

    Thank you

    Hey @amymcdesign,

Apologies for the delay in a reply here as I did not receive a notification of your reply. In this case, it sounds like it may be a conflict with a GDPR plugin. If you have the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin installed, could you please go to the script blocker section of the plugin and disable it for the Smash Balloon Instagram plugin? That may also help this work as expected. If this does not help, please reach out to us via the support form on our website here for further assistance, including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.

    Best regards.

    Hi There,

I don’t have a GDPR plugin installed on my site. Could it be a conflict with a different type of plugin?

I am not using the pro version of the instagram plugin, am I still able to get support from your website without a license key?

    Thank you.
