    Instagram feed is not working after its API update (something like that) the other day.
    I updated the plugin to 6.1.4, and now have updated to 6.1.5 but the trouble goes on.
    WP version is 6.2.2.

    WP frontend shows an error message like “error: user xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx account is not connectable.” (this is re-translation from Japanese message. this message is shown to only admin)
    And below it there’s an old instagram feed view maybe got from some cache.

    WP plugin admin page shows a message like “this source is not yet used” and ID yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
    What is on my mind is these two number is not the same: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
    Is this not a problem?

    After deleting this account and re-add several times, this situation is continuing.

    What should I do?

    Thank you for contacting us! After updating the plugin version and reconnecting your Instagram account, you may also need go into the settings for your feed and re-select the source.

    Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds > (click the feed’s name or pencil icon to edit it) > Settings > Sources, click Edit Source, select the account, click Update, and then click Save towards the top right of the page.

    Hi, Louis.
    Thanks for your advices I’ve just fixed the trouble.
    I didn’t understand “All Feeds” page also has such a setting menu.
