Hi there, Ive successfully added the instagram token. But when I generate a shortcode it just doesn’t work. this is it

    [fts_instagram instagram_id=7870753521 access_token=7870753521.da06fb6.e7410ebb8fe043dd8911175369bb6b3b pics_count=6 type=user profile_wrap=no super_gallery=yes columns=3 force_columns=no space_between_photos=1px icon_size=65px hide_date_likes_comments=no]

I go to save it on my home page, and when I click save, it actually automatically takes my screen to my ‘posts’ page and does not update my home page at all. Its weird. So there’s no way of saving it on my home page as a shortcode.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @lillyandlace,

I have tested the shortcode you provided and it’s working fine on our end. If you are having trouble with your WordPress blocks, be sure you are placing the shortcode in a shortcode [/] block widget.

If your shortcode is not showing, it’s possible that another plugin or theme is interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.

Let me know how it goes.
