    hello, I installed your plugin on this site, I used a business account but the instagram feed is not seen on any page of the site, not even from mobile. I only see a loading circle that keeps spinning

    It looks like JQuery is not loading properly on your website.

    There are several errors that you sure want to fix, regarding the IG plugin.

    I don’t think this is related to the plugin and that it’s not working because some other critical error is preventing it

    You can start debugging as usual, if you haven’t done yet:

    • Confirm overall website is up to date (plugins, theme, WP core)
    • Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
    • Switch to Storefront theme and test
    • Disable any custom scripts you might have
