    Hi Juicy Zone,

    Could you send me a link to the page where you’re displaying the feed so that I can take a look at what the problem is? I’m pushing out a minor update to the plugin tonight and so if there’s a bug I can get that fixed in the update.

    Many thanks,

    John

    Whoops! totally forgot that one! https://littlecathedral.com/ In under the sidebar, the last one named Instagram!

    Thanks! I’ll get an update out to fix this, but for now you should be able to fix it by adding the following to our plugin’s Custom CSS section, which is on the plugin’s Customize page:

    .sbi_photo img { visibility: visible; }
    #sb_instagram .sbi_photo { height: auto; }

    Let me know whether that works for you.

    Is it possible to grant me access to log into your site real quick so that I can take a look? If so, could you send me login information via our support form here and mention that it’s for John and I can take a quick look and get things working again for you.

    YOU ARE AWESOME MISTER JOHN! It worked perfectly, was the issue related to a js?

    Plugin Author smashballoon

    (@smashballoon)

    Yeah it was related to some JavaScript we added to crop landscape and portrait images into squares. It was throwing an error on your site for some reason so I tweaked it a bit and now it’s working.

    Sorry for the issue and any inconvenience!

    John

    Please help me. I have the same problem ??

    He mylizcrossland,

    Sorry to see that you’re having some trouble. Could you send me a link to the page you are having trouble with along with the “System Info” from your support tab using the contact form on this page:

    https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/support/

    I honestly have no idea what that means, haha

    The problem is on my phone, not on my computer

    Hello again,

    Sorry about that. Here are some more details of what I mean:

    1) Log in to WordPress and go to the dashboard area
    2) Click on Instagram Feed on the left hand menu
    3) Click on the “Support” tab that should be the 4th tab from the left
    4) Scroll down to find the “System” info (https://snag.gy/1gFzVh.jpg)

    You could also send us the web address of the page you have your feed displayed on. Use the form on the link I sent you earlier for your privacy.

    Let me know if you still need help!
