• I am unable to get the Instagram feed or any of the front page settings to work. I have the free version of the theme downloaded from the WordPress theme repository. There is no indication that they only work in the pro version (as they would normally be greyed out or not there at all), but none of them work (other then the banner section) at all. Any suggestions? Is this only a pro feature? If so maybe fixing that so that it’s grey out with a way to go to and purchase pro? Otherwise your theme is absolutely beautiful and works well just as a feminine blog theme as well. Great work!

Hi thank you for your reply.

I have already followed the documentation.

It is already configured correctly. Nothing shows up at all.

I have installed the Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed plugin as it says. That is configured and connected to my Instagram account.

I have double and triple checked everything. It is set up correctly.

As per your documentation under Front Page Settings > Instagram Section I have the button toggled on. I have both a title and description in there and [instagram-feed] in the Instagram Shortcode line and still it does not work after publishing.

It does not show up on my page at all.

    Hi Kadie,
    Thank you for reaching us.

We have tested it locally and it is working fine here.

The steps you’ve done is fine. Also you need to setup the homepage. To do it, please follow steps below:
    1. Firstly you need to Create 2 pages: Home and Blog Page. Pages can be created from Dashboard > Pages. Simply Keep Page title Home and Blog and publish it.
    2. After you create the page, please go to Customizer from Dashboard >Appearance
    3. Once Customizer is loaded, please go to Homepage Setting
    4. Once you reach Homepage Setting, you can see Your homepage displays with 2 options
    5. Please select A static page option.
    6. On static option, please select Home for Homepage and Blog for Posts page. Home and Blog are the same page created in pages from Dashboard.

Once published, the issue should be solved.

Should you face any difficulties going forward, kindly reach us back.
