• Hi there,

    I was wondering if you can let me know why does this issue keep coming back regarding access token being expired; although I had reset the plugin by clicking on the blue Instagram login button on the plugin’s settings page again and copying and pasting the Instagram token it gives you into the plugin’s Access Token field. This works but it doesn’t last long.

    I can confirm that the login details for the Instagram haven’t changed and yet the plugin keeps expiring and asking for a new access token.

    Can you let me know why this is happening?

    Hi Ronan,

    Unfortunately, for a few unlucky people, this happens. It’s something that Instagram does on their end so we have no control over it. All their documentation says is that access tokens may expire in the future.
