Instagram does not working properly

Please, try again, this can only happen if you copied the wrong the Instagram keys.

Help please.

I am trying to get the Instagram counter working. It reads 0 but I actually have about 4,830 followers.

I checked the Activate box, have my Username entered, entered the User ID in its box(the short one generated by pinceladasdaweb.com) and got the Client ID (long ID from the IG app).

I received my access token by inputting my Client ID and Rediract URI into this https://instagram.com/oauth/authorize/?client_id=CLIENT-ID&redirect_uri=REDIRECT-URI&response_type=token and into my browser. It redirected to my url with the token in the end of the URL.

I input this into the Social Count Plus Instagram Access Token tab ->
https://api.instagram.com/v1/users/PRETENDTHISISMYCLIENTID/media/recent?access_token=PRETENDTHISISMYACCESSTOKEN1234567

And still my count is at Zero. What am I doing incorrectly?

Just generate the keys here: https://www.pinceladasdaweb.com.br/instagram/access-token/

You must copy the User Id and accessToken and paste in the plugin options.

That is the link I used.

The Get Token button doesn’t do anything but I copy and paste the https://api.instagram.com/v1/users/%5BUSER ID]/media/recent?access_token=[ACCESS TOKEN]
into my dashboard and input my User ID generated by IG and my Access Token. I removed the bars >[] in each spot then submit it into the Social Count Plus settings.

Still nothing happens.

I’m using a MAC should I try on HP, I just don’t understand what I could be missing?

OK I downloaded Google Chrome on my Mac, the web link worked and inserting only the access token that was generated at https://www.pinceladasdaweb.com.br/instagram/access-token/ into the access token tab and presto it worked.

Note; Mac Safari doesn’t work well for this.

Quando acesso o site https://vpb1.hospedagemdesites.ws/ aparece somente o contador.

No widget eu realizei testes com as seguintes configura??es:

Somente o <?php echo get_scp_instagram(); ?> (n?o aparece nada)

Somente o [scp code=”instagram”] (que aparece o numero de adicionados ao instagram.)

Os 2

[scp code=”instagram”]

N?o aparece nada.

Teria alguma outra sugest?o?

Claudio Sanchez, checked the codes generated on Instagram access token generator are included in the plugin correctly.

When I access the site only appears https://vpb1.hospedagemdesites.ws/ the
counter.

I performed tests on the widget with the following settings:

? Only the <php echo get_scp_instagram (); > (Nothing appears)

Only the [code = scp "instagram"] (which appears the number of added to instagram.)

Would have any other suggestions?
