Instagram – Does not display

Thanks for contacting us and all the info.

Please make sure you are running version 2.6.8 and make sure you do not have the access token in your shortcode anymore as that option has been removed for security purposes.

I have the Instagram ID in the shortcode

[fts_instagram instagram_id=######### pics_count=6 type=user profile_wrap=no]

And I am running 2.6.8.

Does the Instagram Options page say your token is working or do you have a red error message?

I have the same problem.
I am running 2.6.8.The Instagram Options page says my access token is working.
How can I solve this problem?
