Instagram disables popup

    Hi I noticed that our popup no linger works when the website is visited from Instagram. The popup works when visiting https://www.flexfactorygym.com from a browser but when you click this link in our Instagram’s browser it does not. Is this able to be fixed? Thanks

    Thank you for the topic.

    We checked and noticed that the following link is set in your Instagram:
    flexfactorygym.com/memberships

    We noticed that you haven’t enabled a popup to be displayed on the Memberships page. The popup wasn’t displayed there when viewing the page not only from Instagram, but from Browser as well.

    If you want to show the popup on the Memberships page, then, choose this page for the Include option.

    Or, you can set the Homepage link on the Instagram account.
