Instagram counter drop to 0

Hello,

I have AccessPress counter since a long time and today the counter of Intagram drop to 0 and I don’t know why.

When I click to this link to have my ID:
https://www.pinceladasdaweb.com.br/instagram/access-token/
it write this:
{“code”: 403, “error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}

Do you know what the problem and how can I fix it?
