Instagram count showing zero

Yes, my Instagram count is not showing yet also. I just installed the plugin-so I wanted to subscribe to this thread for follow up.

Also experiencing the same issue. I guess I’ll have to manually enter the count until this is fixed.

Social dude I am having an issue with the count not showing and I assume it is due to the API being blocked for too many uses. I am not familiar enough with your code yet to know which area to edit but why not create a variable for each count that is stored from when the API updates the count. Then create an if else function that says if the api get is blocked then load var instead.

Am I right in thinking this is still not resolved?

Correct. We tried fixes, but they didn’t work, we now took a completely new approach and it will be part of a premium plugin we’ll be offering shortly. We’ll notify you here.
