Instagram count not working

  • Hello. Is the Instagram social count working? I had it working but now it appears to have stopped. Is the method of integration still with User ID and Access Token created from the links provided? They do not work. Or does one need to create an Instagram app through Instagram Developer and get client ID and secret?

    Thank you for writing in.

    Please get your Instagram access token from this link and the first characters before period is your instagram ID so use those details in our plugin settings this should work fine.
