    Hey hihosting,

    It looks like the javascript file for the plugin is missing from that page. Do you have the php function wp_footer(); added to your footer.php file?

    Otherwise, you could try checking the box “Are you using an ajax theme” to see if that forces the page to add the javascript file and work properly.
