Instagram connection failing

    Hi,

    I′ve been experiencing issues with my Instagram widget on my website and blog, specifically “Last publications on Instagram”.

    When I try to connect my account, the popup says “Invalid/missing request nonce.”

    Does anyone know what I need to do to solve this issue?

    Are these the steps you’re using to connect your account?

    – Visit wordpress.com and login with your account

    – Make sure you are on the correct site. (Use the “Switch Site” option on the top left if needed)

    – Go to Tools > Marketing > Connections

    – Connect your Instagram account.

    – Now go back to your site and try to add the block again.

    If that doesn’t work, can you disconnect and reconnect Jetpack and try again?

    Hi Bruce, thanks for your reply.

    I am login in with my account.
    I am in the correct site.

    But I cannot find the Tools-Marketing-Connections option…

    Shoult I go ahead and disconnect Jetpack? will I loose information?

    Hi there –

    You will need to log in to WordPress.com, rather than your WordPress site, to find Tools > Marketing > Connections.

    There are instructions here:

    I would recommend removing existing connections and adding a new connection.
