You want to change the Instagram feed head color. Right?

Go to the Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS section in your WordPress admin area and paste the below CSS there:

.insta-feed-head {
    background: #000000;
}

You can change the background color value 000000 according to your requirements. ??
