    Hi.

    I was using the Instagram Block with a Personal Account, and it worked fine, however when I switched to a Business Account stopped showing the feed.

    Does the plugin support Business accounts in any way? Is there any way for me to sort it out?

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    Unfortunately, Meta has enforced our Instagram app, and we are actively working to regain the necessary media permissions. However, communicating with Meta remains challenging due to their lengthy response times, which adds to the difficulty of resolving this issue. While Meta initially informed us that the app would run smoothly until December 4th, we are aware that some users, including yourself, are experiencing issues sooner than expected.?

    This is equally frustrating for us, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible. To prevent downtime in the future, we are also developing an update that will guide you through linking your own Meta app. We recognize the importance of maintaining your Instagram feed, and we aim to implement this new approach by November. We will provide detailed instructions to make the transition as seamless as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
