Inspect Element/Other useful tools to help

I stumbled onto the Inspect Element feature in Chrome to help me figure out where things on my wordpress site might be in files but its not always very easy to tell where I should go.

Are there any other tools like this that you can use to figure out where something is in your site?

I didnt design my site but now I am left administering and working on it and a visual tool(s) would be great. Thanks
