Inside post not working in the right way

I’ve made a banner to insert after the second <h2> and after the third <2>.
But both are inserted after the first <h2>.
I’ve filled in:
Inject before <h2> skipping 1 chars, on failure inject nowhere
and
Inject before <h2> skipping 2 chars, on failure inject nowhere

But this skipping is not working?
Can you help me out?
