Inset email address entered in a previous form?

Hi there,

I’m wondering if it would be possible for a user to enter their email address into a form on page a), and then have that email address be automatically inserted into a field on page b)? What would be the best way to go about this as someone who is fairly proficient in html and css but only at a tutorial following level with javascript etc. Are there any plugins that can work with cf7 to achieve this?
