Insertion before/after group of elements?

On many post pages I have a h2 tag followed by an image. e.g.

<h2>My heading</h2>
<img>my relevant image</img>

Inserting ads above this type of code is a very effective from a ad performance point of view.

Is there a way to provide adinserter with this group of tags to insert an ad before?
