    Hi,

    thanks for your question.

No, that is not directly possible, and that would somehow actually foil one of the main advantages of TablePress.
This is possible with some minor extra work though: Start by inserting the Shortcode as usual, and then view the page with the table. In the browser, choose “View Source”. You can then copy the entire table HTML code from there and use that to replace the Shortcode in the post/page.

Just out of curiosity: Why are you thinking about doing this? What are you trying to do?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hey,

Thanks for the answer, Ill see if it will work.

The idea is that when for example I am writing about some results from th danish badminton league, I will include the league table. In the specific news I will need the instant standings, not the updated, so that if you read the news from last week you can see the standings from last week.
I goes for the next matches and results from a given round, where it is good to have in the post, but should not update.

    Does it make any sense?

    Hi,

thanks for the explanation! Yes, that makes sense ??

For this, you could therefore use the approach I described, or basically just create a copy of the table for each game day, and then just update that, while leaving the “original” untouched. That would give you many more tables in the end, but you would not have to mess with this copy/paste process.

    Regards,
    Tobias
