    Can anyone help in letting me know what is the best
    way of INSERTING PICTURE on “Theme:Jean” on the
    main page with the hanging frame with the sketch of
    a hat.

    First you need an image to start with. Then it is a matter of inserting the image in the normal way. This being so, without seeing your site it is difficult to understand what exactly is the problem.

    Are you getting any error messages or is your layout going south-ways?
