inserting in mammoth takes too long

  • Hello.
    im using WordPress 4.8.9
    im gonna insert word documents(docx) to my posts by Mammoth plugin.
    but when I click on insert into editor, it takes too long.
    i even waited more than 30 minutes but nothing happend and it was still inserting…
    i remember when i was using an older version of wordpress, there was no problem with that.

    To work out what’s going on, it’d be helpful to have some more information.

    Does this happen with all documents, or just long ones? For instance, if you trying creating a document with one sentence in, does that get inserted correctly?

    Does the preview show up correctly?

    Which browser are you using? Do you get the same problem with other browsers?

    Do you have other plugins installed? If you try inserting the document with the default theme and other plugins disabled, do you get the same problem?

    If you open up the developer tools console (usually by hitting F12), and then attempt to insert the document, do you see any errors?
