Inserting images into custom Gutenberg blocks

Hi there WordPress community!
This is my first post. I have been developing wordpress for a few months but was too lazy to create an account here so here I am now.
How can i “embed” the image selector in wordpress for a custom block of mine? I am using create-guten-block.

The second question is, how would I create a container block where I can insert other blocks into it. Basicly a block inside of another block.

I hope my question is clear and I apologize if anything is not as it should be.
