Inserting File into Projects

    Hi, is there a way to insert a file into a User’s Project folder? I have created a Project for a user. However, when I go to that User’s files, I cannot see the folder to insert files into.

    In the future, I think it would be great to be able to put multiple users on one project. So one project would show up in multiple users’ files and they can all add files to that same project.

    Hi there you can use the “User Files / Uploader” In admin to add a file to a user.

    The premium version has a group mode that allows you to share files with users, unlimited users can be part of the same group and all contribute to the same file area.

    Thanks for your response. Oh that’s awesome that the paid version has it.

    As for adding files to a user, can I add a file into their specific project folder?

    Ah. I figured it out.

    After I create a project for a user, the user must first put a file into that project folder in order for me to see the folder from the WP CLient Document administration area.

    Hi this is great I was wondering if there is any way of me uploading the files to a users project without them having to first upload a file, and also can that function be disabled.

    I only want the user to see the files I upload for them.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there you can now do that in settings, under settings there is a checkbox. “Hide project if empty?”
